We proudly assisted BTS Facades by ensuring compliance through our triple ISO accreditations. As a dedicated compliance specialist, we have successfully partnered with BTS Fabrications, a façade and rainscreen manufacturer based in Newton Aycliffe. Our objective is to guarantee that their products and services align with the requirements of customers and stakeholders while supporting their long-term sustainability plans.

Throughout this collaborative effort, our South Shields-based firm has provided valuable advice and support. Leading to the successful recertification of ISO 14001 for Environmental Management. Additionally, we have assisted BTS in achieving ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety Management.

At Pentagon, we offer a bespoke consultancy service from our compliance specialist team. Working closely with BTS from 2022 into 2023, we identified the precise needs of their business. Subsequently, we crafted and aligned a bespoke management system in accordance with UKAS standards for a 3-year certification cycle. This cost-effective approach empowers the BTS team to concentrate their resources on pivotal areas such as Quality and Sustainability.
